• View by Name:  Displays the startup files sorted alphabetically by name.

• View by Type:  Displays the startup files sorted according to the folder that the files are located in.

• View by Order:  Displays the startup files according to their load order.  In this mode, you can reorder the startup files by dragging a file to a new load position.

• View Info:  When in this mode, selecting a startup file will display important information about that file.  It displays things such as memory usage, version information, and the file’s type/creator.  If you are using Conflict Catcher from the Finder, you can click on the open button to open a startup file.
